Mobile Messaging Consent
By signing up for our Mobile Messaging Program, you consent to receive recurring text messages from Michael Rio for Judge. Messages may include:
Campaign Updates: Information about Michael Rio’s campaign, upcoming events, campaign news, and important election-related updates.
Voter Information: Election reminders, voting information, and other campaign-related educational messages.
Fundraising Messages: Occasional requests for campaign contributions or other ways to support the campaign.
Opt-In Methods
You may opt in by:
- Completing a signup form on our website and checking the text message consent box.
- Providing explicit consent through another method made available by Michael Rio for Judge.
Message Terms
Messages may be sent using an autodialer or similar technology.
Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.
Consent is not a condition of making a purchase or campaign contribution.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
STOP Command
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP at any time. You may receive a confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive messages from the program unless you opt in again.
HELP Command
For help, reply HELP or contact the Michael Rio for Judge campaign using the contact information provided on the campaign website.
SMS information is not rented, sold, or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
I would not invent an email address or phone number here unless you have confirmed campaign contact details. Also, because this is campaign SMS compliance language, I’d have the campaign’s legal/compliance person confirm the final wording before publishing.
